Responsibilities
- Anticipate and fulfill guest requests with personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and cultural attractions
- Coordinate VIP services including transportation, reservations, and exclusive experiences
- Maintain deep knowledge of local attractions, events, and seasonal happenings
- Collaborate with housekeeping and management to ensure seamless guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and discretion
- Process payments and manage guest accounts using Opera PMS system
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years luxury hotel concierge experience in high-volume environments
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one additional language
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid California Food Handler's Card and Alcohol Awareness certification
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Marriott, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
