Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces to the highest standards.
- Strip and make beds, ensuring linens are crisp, clean, and arranged according to luxury hotel standards.
- Deep clean bathrooms, including toilets, showers, and sinks, and restock toiletries and amenities.
- Maintain public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and stairwells to ensure they are welcoming and spotless.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the management team.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure rooms are turned over efficiently.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
