Responsibilities
Oversee all front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services during the evening shift.Perform comprehensive night audits, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and reconciled properly.Monitor hotel security systems and conduct nightly rounds to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and property.Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure a 5-star experience.Manage inventory levels for the front desk and concierge areas.Collaborate with day shift management to ensure a smooth transition of operations.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or night audit is highly preferred.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during off-hours.Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
