Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliation including processing guest folios, balancing cash drawers, and generating nightly audit reports
- Manage check-ins/check-outs for late arrivals/early departures with efficiency and discretion
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues during overnight hours
- Oversee security protocols and emergency procedures for the property
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operational needs
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and suspicious activity reports
- Prepare daily deposits and financial documentation for morning management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Colorado driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
