Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audit procedures including balancing cash drawers, processing credit card transactions, and generating financial reports
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours with precision and efficiency
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain service excellence
- Monitor security systems and conduct property rounds to ensure safety protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent overnight requests
- Update reservation systems and manage room status changes in real-time
- Prepare daily deposit and financial documentation for accounting review
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Proficient in Opera or similar property management systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to financial detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Dallas area attractions and transportation
