Responsibilities
- Monitor front desk operations and guest check-in/check-out procedures during overnight shifts
- Perform daily audits of hotel transactions, balancing accounts, and generating financial reports
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with security team to maintain property safety and access control
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Prepare end-of-day reports for management review
- Oversee housekeeping and maintenance requests during night hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel front desk or night audit role
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Fort Worth tourism attractions and services
