Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliations including cash handling, credit card processing, and deposit preparation
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours with precision and discretion
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols as needed
- Generate daily occupancy reports and financial summaries for management review
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operational needs
- Act as primary point of contact for late-night guest requests and emergencies
- Maintain accurate logs of all transactions and unusual occurrences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills during off-hours
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
