Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of guest accounts, cash registers, and credit card transactions
- Check in/out guests during overnight hours with warm professionalism
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with discretion
- Generate daily reports and prepare next-day financial documentation
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Assist with booking management and rate adjustments during low-occupancy periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar property management systems
- Exceptional mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
