Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliations and generate daily financial reports
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs and address overnight guest inquiries
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations
- Process credit card transactions and manage cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Update guest profiles and ensure accurate reservation data
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Nevada gaming work permit (if applicable)
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
