Responsibilities
- Manage end-of-day reconciliation and financial reporting with 100% accuracy
- Oversee guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours with personalized service
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using discretion
- Monitor security systems and coordinate with overnight staff for seamless operations
- Prepare daily reports for management review and financial analysis
- Maintain strict confidentiality of guest financial and personal information
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for operational continuity
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience required
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
