Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily transactions and guest accounts
- Manage check-ins/check-outs for late-arriving and early-departing guests
- Oversee security protocols and respond to guest emergencies overnight
- Generate daily financial reports and manage petty cash operations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Act as primary point of contact for guest concerns during overnight hours
- Maintain accurate records of incident reports and guest feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar hotel management systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional errands)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
