Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliations including processing guest payments and managing cash drops
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for late arrivals and early departures
- Monitor security systems and respond to overnight emergencies
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues with discretion
- Prepare daily reports for management review
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience required
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Minnesota driver's license preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
