As a Night Auditor, you will be the face of the hotel during the overnight hours, ensuring our guests have a seamless check-in and check-out experience. You will manage front desk operations, handle guest inquiries with grace, and perform critical financial reconciliations. Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls.
- Process guest payments and reconcile daily financial reports accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the lobby and public areas are secure and maintained to high standards.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties to ensure a pristine environment.
- Handle complaints or issues that arise during the night shift with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Perform night security rounds and key card management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency with Hotel Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail is crucial for financial accuracy.
