Responsibilities
- Monitor front desk operations during overnight hours
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs and resolve issues promptly
- Perform daily reconciliation of financial transactions
- Conduct security patrols and monitor surveillance systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Generate nightly management reports
- Respond to emergency situations following protocol
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong financial reconciliation skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Valid Louisiana driver's license
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of French preferred
