Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliations including balancing cash drawers, processing credit card transactions, and generating daily reports
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warm hospitality during overnight hours
- Respond promptly to guest requests, emergencies, and maintenance issues with professional discretion
- Monitor security systems and ensure compliance with hotel safety protocols
- Train and mentor night shift staff on procedures and service standards
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational transitions
- Handle confidential guest and financial information with utmost integrity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
