Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries
- Process daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and generate nightly audit reports
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for immediate guest needs
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
- Act as the primary point of contact for overnight guests with exceptional service
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or auditing experience required
- Proficient in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to financial detail
- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish preferred
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during off-hours
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
