Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries
- Process daily financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and generate nightly reports
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations with composure
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and guest communications
- Prepare end-of-day financial summaries and secure cash/valuables
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night shift experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and cash handling skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Valid Kentucky driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
