Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer multi-line phone systems professionally and respond to guest inquiries via email or chat.
- Manage the front desk area to ensure it is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Process payments accurately and issue appropriate receipts or folios.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with a focus on problem-solving and guest satisfaction.
- Provide information regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel amenities.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; prior hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a focus on hygiene.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
