Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Process reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet departments for optimal guest satisfaction
- Upsell resort amenities, dining options, and local attractions
- Maintain meticulous records of guest preferences and special requests
- Assist with billing discrepancies and financial reporting
Qualifications
- 1+ years of hospitality or customer service experience required
- Proficiency with property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Colorado Springs attractions and activities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
