Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's preferred
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic cash handling and financial reconciliation skills
