Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily transactions and prepare accurate financial reports
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with efficiency and warmth during overnight hours
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Oversee security protocols and monitor property surveillance systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational readiness
- Handle cash management, credit card processing, and safe operations
- Update property management systems with real-time guest information
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or night auditor experience required
- Proficiency with Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional attention to detail in financial reconciliation tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills with calm demeanor during emergencies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
