Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight shifts
- Perform daily reconciliation of accounts, cash handling, and financial reporting
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for operational efficiency
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Prepare end-of-day reports and ensure accurate documentation
- Maintain strict confidentiality of guest and financial data
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience required
- Proficient in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail with financial accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Virginia driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
