Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily financial transactions and guest accounts
- Check in/out guests during overnight hours while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations per protocol
- Prepare management reports and distribute daily financial summaries
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Execute opening procedures for the next business day
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Proficient in property management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Valid Kansas driver's license and reliable transportation
