Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily transactions, including credit card processing and cash management
- Check in/out guests efficiently with personalized service during overnight hours
- Monitor security systems and respond to guest requests with discretion and professionalism
- Generate daily reports for management and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operational needs
- Act as primary emergency contact for guest issues during overnight shifts
- Process late check-ins and early departures while maintaining brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Proficient in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to financial details
- Ability to work independently with minimal overnight supervision
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic knowledge of Tucson tourism and local attractions
