As a Night Auditor, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless transition between day and night operations. You will manage front desk functions, conduct financial reconciliations, and provide exceptional guest services during the quieter hours of the night.

Responsibilities
- Perform night shift front desk duties, including check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls.
- Conduct the daily post-night audit financial reconciliation and reporting.
- Monitor hotel security systems and conduct regular safety rounds of the property.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Ensure the lobby and public areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in hotel front desk operations or Night Audit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, Smith Travel, Micros).
- Strong math and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
