Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during night hours, including check-ins, check-outs, wake-up calls, and answering inquiries with a premium touch.

  • Security & Safety: Monitor hotel security systems, conduct perimeter checks, and ensure the safety of guests and staff during the night.

  • Reporting: Prepare and submit the daily operational report to the Front Office Manager before shift end.

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or night auditing is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential).
  • Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
