Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of guest accounts and financial transactions
- Manage check-ins/check-outs for late arrivals and early departures
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Generate daily reports for management review
- Coordinate with overnight engineering and housekeeping teams
- Handle guest inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Maintain accurate records of incident reports and maintenance issues
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency with Opera/PMS property management systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Valid Georgia driver's license (for emergency response)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
