Responsibilities
- Manage end-of-day reconciliation processes for all hotel departments
- Handle check-ins/check-outs and guest requests with exceptional service
- Monitor security systems and respond to overnight incidents
- Process financial transactions and generate daily reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Act as primary point of contact for emergency situations
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS or similar hotel software
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Valid Arizona driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
