Responsibilities
- Manage all front desk operations during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Perform daily audits of guest accounts and financial transactions
- Handle check-ins/check-outs with exceptional efficiency and warmth
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with urgency
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for operational excellence
- Process payment transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Execute end-of-day reconciliation procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or audit experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail with financial accuracy
- Fluent English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
