Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight shifts
- Process credit card transactions and reconcile daily financial reports
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor security systems and ensure property safety protocols
- Prepare end-of-day reports for management review
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle emergency situations following established procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- 1+ years hotel front desk or auditing experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar PMS software
- Exceptional attention to financial detail
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Atlanta tourism attractions
