Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for overnight guests
- Handle billing inquiries and payment processing
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Prepare daily financial reports and reconcile accounts
- Assist guests with requests using 5-star service standards
- Maintain accurate logs of all nightly activities
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
