The Role
As a Night Auditor, you'll be the guardian of our overnight operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences during late hours. This full-time shift position offers stability, competitive compensation, and opportunities for advancement within our luxury hotel chain.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, handling check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries
- Perform daily audits of financial transactions and reconcile accounts
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety throughout the property
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight requests
- Generate end-of-day reports and prepare for morning handover
- Resolve guest issues promptly and maintain high service standards
- Train and mentor new night shift staff as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Basic accounting and financial reconciliation experience
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent required
