Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing daily financial reports.
- Greet and check-in guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome from check-in to check-out.
- Handle cash transactions, credit card authorizations, and verify identity documents with 100% accuracy.
- Monitor hotel security systems and ensure the premises are secure during the night hours.
- Answer incoming phone calls and resolve guest inquiries efficiently to enhance the guest experience.
- Assist with front desk operations and light housekeeping duties as needed to maintain standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in a front desk role or night audit is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data processing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
