Responsibilities
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing daily financial reports and posting charges.
- Greet guests and handle check-ins, check-outs, and overnight inquiries with a smile.
- Monitor hotel security systems and premises to ensure guest safety and asset protection.
- Manage email correspondence and resolve guest complaints or special requests efficiently.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties to maintain a pristine environment for late-night guests.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, health codes, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or night audit is highly desirable.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay alert during night shifts.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules.
