As a Night Auditor, you will serve as the bridge between the front desk and the housekeeping teams, ensuring our guests have a seamless experience from late evening until morning. You will handle financial transactions, guest inquiries, and security protocols while maintaining the luxurious atmosphere our guests expect.

Responsibilities
- Perform front desk check-ins and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency.
- Process daily financial transactions, including credit cards and cash settlements.
- Conduct nightly security rounds and patrol the property to ensure guest safety.
- Communicate with housekeeping staff to manage room statuses and prepare rooms for morning arrivals.
- Resolve guest complaints or inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Assist in light administrative tasks and data entry as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or accounting role is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (including weekends and holidays).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently during night hours.
