Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of guest accounts and financial transactions
- Manage check-ins/check-outs with precision during overnight hours
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Operate hotel management systems (Opera/PMS) accurately
- Supplement front desk coverage during peak late-night periods
- Prepare daily reports for management review
- Coordinate with security teams for guest safety protocols
- Maintain confidentiality of guest and financial data
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail in financial reconciliation
- Valid Nebraska driver's license with clean record
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
