Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive night audit duties, including checking guests in/out, processing payments, and balancing daily accounts accurately.
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure a welcoming and organized environment for late-night arrivals and early risers.
- Monitor hotel security systems and conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure guest and staff safety.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring 5-star service standards are met at all hours.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports, including occupancy rates and revenue summaries, to management.
- Manage key control procedures and access logs securely to prevent unauthorized entry.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations, night auditing, or hospitality management is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and data entry.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, weekends, and holidays with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) is a plus but not required.
