Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive nightly financial reconciliations and audit procedures.
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and room reservations with precision.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and safety regulations.
- Process payments, verify folios, and handle cashier duties accurately.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless morning transition.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality degree preferred.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or night audit is highly desirable.
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or Micros.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
