Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for late-night guests with precision
- Reconcile daily financial transactions and generate end-of-day reports
- Monitor security systems and respond to guest emergencies promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight requests
- Handle guest inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Maintain accurate logs of all overnight activities
- Assist with balancing cash registers and credit card transactions
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license (for property shuttles)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
