Responsibilities
- Execute accurate guest check-in/check-out procedures with attention to detail
- Manage daily reconciliation of guest accounts and financial transactions
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly during overnight hours
- Oversee security protocols and emergency response procedures
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports for management review
- Maintain meticulous records of all guest interactions and incidents
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to financial details
- Valid Missouri driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional appearance and outstanding communication skills
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
