Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliations and generate daily reports
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Handle guest inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and incidents
- Prepare morning shift handoff documentation
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency with Opera or similar PMS systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license (required for property runs)
- Flexible availability to cover overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic knowledge of hotel safety procedures
