Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with efficiency and professionalism during overnight hours
- Handle reservations, billing inquiries, and payment processing accurately
- Monitor property security and emergency protocols throughout shift
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Resolve guest complaints with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Maintain detailed shift logs and incident reports
- Process safe transactions and safeguard hotel assets
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
