Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out services during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Handle guest concerns and emergency situations with composure and professionalism
- Operate property management systems and maintain accurate guest records
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Uphold brand standards and ensure lobby area presentation excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Nevada Gaming License required (or willingness to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
