Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and warmth during overnight hours
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing discrepancies
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor security systems and building access protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Maintain accurate logs of incidents and guest communications
- Process payments and manage cash drawer accountability
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or hospitality experience
- Availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license (for vaiflue services)
- Ability to work independently during low-traffic periods
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish highly valued
