Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for overnight guests with precision and efficiency
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues independently using strong problem-solving skills
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations per protocol
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams for overnight operations
- Maintain accurate guest records and manage billing discrepancies
- Prepare daily reports and manage cash handling procedures
- Ensure lobby and common areas are secure and immaculate throughout the shift
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision overnight
- Valid Nebraska driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of local attractions and transportation options
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
