Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using Opera property management system
- Manage guest requests, complaints, and VIP arrangements
- Maintain accurate shift reports and security protocols
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Execute emergency procedures during overnight shifts
- Upsell room upgrades and amenities to maximize revenue
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Proficiency with property management systems
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Valid Washington state alcohol service permit
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
