Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and warm hospitality
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and VIP guest requests 24/7
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using de-escalation techniques
- Overnight security monitoring and emergency protocol management
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for flawless operations
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing systems
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently overnight with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS property management systems
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for vaif shuttle duties)
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- Spanish language skills highly valued
