Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for overnight guests with precision and efficiency
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide local recommendations
- Maintain security protocols and monitor surveillance systems during night shift
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Update guest records and maintain reservation systems in real-time
- Prepare end-of-night reports and ensure proper cash reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during off-hours
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, RoomRack)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic knowledge of Sacramento attractions and transportation
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
