Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and warm hospitality
- Manage security protocols and monitor surveillance systems overnight
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Conduct nightly property inspections and report anomalies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid California driver's license (for airport runs)
- Proficient in hotel management systems (Opera a plus)
- Fluent English; Spanish or Mandarin preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
