Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/check-outs using Opera PMS system
- Handle reservation modifications and special requests with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining service excellence
- Safeguard property security through vigilant monitoring of access points
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams during overnight operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (required for errands)
- Basic knowledge of Albuquerque attractions and transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
